Untitled

Lying awake at night
I wipe the sweat from my brow
But it's not the fear 'cause
I'd rather go now
Trying to visualize the horrors
That will lie ahead
The desert sand mound
A burial ground
When it comes to the time
Are we partners in crime?
When it comes to the time
We'll be ready to die
God, let us go now
And finish what's to be done
Thy kingdom come
Thy shall be done on Earth
Trying to justify to ourselves
The reasons to go
Should we live and let live
Forget or forgive
But how can we let them
Go on this way?
The reign of terror, corruption must end
And we know deep down
There's no other way
No trust, no reasoning
No more to say

Biblical questions

If god is so powerful, why can he not write the bible himself? Instead, he risks typos and errors and miscommunications between the people who first wrote the bible ... Ooops! FYI: The bible was not written. YES. It was ASSEMBLED from many different writings from all sorts of gospels to stories of this and that .... all that conformed to one purpose. What was the purpose? Not to give the christians a documentation of their faith. No. The real purpose? So Emperor Constantine can have one religion to unite his empire.

The first christian Bible was assembled at constantinople. By the way, the emperor himself was a pagan who had himself baptized to christianity at the hour of his death. (wise ass) As I watched the discovery channel documentary, `Books banned from the Bible' ---- I began to see why the church leaders chose to expel some of those books out of the Bible. Some were rather full of rage or hate. Others, the book of jubillee says adam and eve had 9 children. Cain killed abel, and then married his sister. It was difficult for the church to accept that the human race was made out of incest.

And the best for last, the gospel of peter. Oh good lord, peter himself was expelled from the bible! The peter, the rock! Expelled? Here was his gospel. He asked the lord why ....if he is such an all-loving God, he allows souls to be tormented in hell (down there). The lord answered him: Shhhhhh! Don't tell anyone. Those people in hell are all going to be saved in the end. For now, I just let them suffer, but in the end they too will be forgiven.

Now I know why that gospel of peter never made it to the bible. heheheh of course. if i was the church, that is a perfectly logical thing to do. hehe but if what peter said was true --- and the church included that story in the bible? I WOULD HAVE BEEN A BELIEVER. If the church never threw any of the stories out, everything, every detail would have answered itself, and I wouldnt have to ask any of those questions myself. Something tells me the church has a bigger `agenda' than just saving souls. If that is the case, I wouldn't trust them, or any of their writings. or any of their beliefs, or any of their teachings.

I have teachings of my own, thank you. Something more practical. Something more useful. Something that actually makes people do good, rather than waste time praying. If you run a test, your faith will fail you. You think the lord will save you? Jump off from the top of the building. then pray. see what happens.
